• Информация о компании: The Company is one of the major logistic players in Europe and Asia running global solutions of an international supply chain management by means of its own high-tech platforms and resources.
• Месторасположение: Kyiv Region
• Основные функции:
  • Ensure the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, health and safety, training and development, performance appraisals, career planning, salary management system, employee relations etc.
• Место в структуре компании: person on the position reports to the General Director
• Основные задачи и обязанности:
  1. Make sure that the company operates in accordance with the organization’s HR policies and standards
  2. Compose the company's short and long term staff planning in accordance with the head office
  3. Build upon the strengths of others; draws on their capabilities and creativity
  4. Co-ordinate all kind of recruitment stages according to the corporate policy
  5. Plan HR annual budget and perform within the set budgets
• Желаемый профиль кандидата:
  1. Minimum 3 years of professional work as HR Director/HR Generalist in the foreign companies
  2. At least 10 years of experience (with 5 years managerial skills) in different functions of HR (Recruitment, Training and Development, Salary Management System, C&B System, Career Planning etc.)
  3. Competent in the Labor Law
  4. Having modern managerial skills
  5. Very good command of MS office applications
  6. Fluent English is a must
