• Основные функции:
  • To ensure a continuous customer supplying process based on optimal distribution plan by organizing the daily delivery of bulk product to the customers while minimizing the costs of distribution and taking into account legal and operational constraints such as compliance with local transportation regulations
• Место в структуре компании: Direct Supervisor - Dispatch Manager
• Основные задачи и обязанности:
  1. Plans and coordinate bulk products delivery channels
  2. Determines the required quantities based on teleflo information and forecast quantities
  3. Takes and Creates orders in the system for on-call customer deliveries
  4. Coordinates with customer site for specific logistic issues
  5. Ensures the service to internal and external customer
  6. Organizes delivery assignement to vehicles in optimizing trips
  7. Provides transport carriers/drivers with the planned route, including the loading and unloading points and the order in which they must be reached
  8. Plans the utilization of trucks according to their maximal capacity, the necessary time periods for their preventive maintenance and the legal inspection
  9. Validates and confirms the drivers trips with all documentation related to the travel, and verifies the accuracy of the information (data entry can be done by the driver if on-board computer system or the liquid logistic administrator)
  10. Validates the trips when return in the system before sending it to invoice
  11. Assesses regulary the Divaplus database and identify incoherent information to assume the reliability and a good quality of the data returned
  12. Identifies non-conformities found in route cards and/or in dispatching procedure
  13. Respects transportation of dangerous goods regulations
  14. Works in close collaboration with distribution center staff to identify and resolve any problem
  15. Ensures the information collection from drivers (vessel size, access, competitor...) and transfers
  16. Keeps informed of the vehicles maintenance program planned by Transport Manager to plan deliveries with available trucks
  17. Informs the Maintenance and Operations team (customer installation) when a product shortage is due to equipment breaking
  18. Answers the emergency calls as well as customer and drivers requests after the regular working hours
  19. Answers the alarms transmitted by teleflo system and reacts accordingly
• Желаемый профиль кандидата:
  1. Training or certification: DIVAPLUS, Quality System (ISO), Transportation of dangerous goods, gaseous products
  2. Foreign languages possession: English, fluent level – a must
  3. Computerized systems, MS office, Business Object (to read standard reports)
  4. European Liquid Offer (ELO)
  5. Know how to establish work plans, to efficiently allocate or make use of available resources, acts according to plans and establishes priorities
