  • The legal counsel is in charge of first-level support for high-quality and business-minded legal advise on local level
• Место в структуре компании:
• Основные задачи и обязанности:
  1. Head of legal function
  2. Responsible for all legal affairs, in particular: commercial agreements (with customers and suppliers), competition law (advise and compliance training), employment law (advise) competition law (advise and compliance training), employment law (advise), regulatory (data protection and licensing), and liaison with corporate tax, treasury and risk management functions
  3. Negotiation and drafting of contracts with customers and suppliers
  4. Defense and enforcement of claims
  5. Corporate housekeeping of all Company entities within the country (company law, commercial register) and M&A
  6. Anti-trust matters and compliance
  7. Implementation of local legal standards and model contracts
  8. Safeguarding compliance with corporate guidelines
  9. Functional reporting to Regional Legal Counsel
  10. Monitoring and steering of external law firms
  11. Training of key-staff on essential legal topics
• Желаемый профиль кандидата:
  1. University degree in law; postgraduate of Anglo-American law school desirable
  2. At least four years experience in legal department of international company or corporate law firm
  3. Wide experience in drafting of different and international contracts
  4. Familiar with international business agreements, in particular anglo-american
  5. Excellent knowledge of commercial and civil law, real estate and company law, good knowledge of administrative and insurance law
  6. Broad knowledge and holistic approach, capability of identifying and solving variety of legal problems
  7. Analytical thinking
  8. Commercial acumen
  9. Pro-active and customer / service-focussed
  10. Strong communication skills
  11. Knowledge of logistic industry
  12. English – mandatory; German - desirable
