She is also responsible for the company’s growth and is in charge of the most large-scale projects in recruiting high calibre executives in Ukrainian and international companies.
Before setting up “Human factor” she was the head of Senior Personal Recruitment Department, one of the blue-chip domestic consulting companies for 4 years. She was intensively trained in various business areas like marketing, selling, logistics, finance, etc. Previously she was into practical psychology, studied local and foreign experience in management psychology and professional adaptation. She also worked as an independent business advisor. Mrs. Nikolenko is the author of published works and methodologies.
She received diploma in psychology and is a psychologist on vocation.
She is the certified in staff assessment by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
She is cheerful, sociable, shrewd and pragmatic.
