After the goals and strategies are stated, a plan is to be drafted following which the Client will progress. The long-term objectives, intermediate results, specific steps and dates are incorporated into the plan.
All consequent joint activity of the coach and the Client is aimed at carrying out the plan. The coach helps the Client distinguish ponderings and wishful thinking from realities, create psychological patterns advantageous for the Client, and simulate situations to master necessary models of behavior. The coach also optimizes processes of searching and taking appropriate decisions. Thus, the coach exercises support, inspires and encourages the Client to overcome arising challenges.
In between sessions both the coach and the Client can keep in touch via phone consultations, the time, frequency, and duration of which are talked over separately along with the limit that is included in cost.
