Professor Peter Saville is acknowledged as a world-wide authority in the field of psychometrics, science of testing. In 2001 Peter Saville entered the top ten of British psychiatrists. His portrait is in the London Portrait Gallery as a sign of gratitude for his contribution into Psychology of Professional Activity.
In the 70-ies of the 20th century Peter Saville jointly with his partner founded SHL company. Their cooperative activity resulted in a well-known questionnaire OPQ (Occupational Professional Questionnaire), which has been used over the last decades worldwide for recruiting and developing employees by the world’s leading companies such as Kraft Foods, Henkel, Coca-Cola, Danone, Hyundai, Marks&Spencer, Shell and many others.
In 2004 Peter Saville established a new company, Saville Consulting, by bringing together a professional team comprising 40 talented psychologists, hr-managers, statisticians and IT experts. For two years they developed a new product that reflects those global changes a human being has encountered in the workplace over recent decades.
As a result, the world has seen new tools such as tests and questionnaires, which according to many experts surpass their predecessors due to their diversity and accuracy of prediction.
