Be honest. Under no circumstances overestimate your abilities in the resume, give a wrong description of your experience or hide some information. Complete and exact information presented by a Candidate is the main part of a successful search. Be flexible. Try to be present on the appointed meetings and interviews in spite of Your tough working time-table.
Be engaged in self-education. Make your own due diligence of the organization of the Client and decide to what extent the Client is attractive for you as an employer.
Be realistic in Your expectations: the process of searching takes some time and you are one of a few competent candidates.
